Sports Legal Analyst
Alan is called upon by sports radio networks and stations around the country to provide analysis of legal issues that impact on sports stories. Recently Alan has appeared on the CBS, NBC and Fox Sports Radio networks, along with sports radio stations in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami and Baltimore. Alan’s commentary has been sought for stories ranging from the Donald Sterling scandal, the Ed O’Bannon and Northwestern University cases, the lawsuits by former National Football League players, the Aaron Hernandez murder case, the Lance Armstrong scandal, and the Jerry Sandusky case and Penn State football sanctions and lawsuit.
